Welcome to MyShift & Payslip / MyShift & Paycheck (hereinafter, "the Application"), developed and maintained by Víctor de Mora Regañó (hereinafter, "the Developer"), based in Spain. The Application is available to users in Spain, Portugal, the United Kingdom, the United States and Brazil. By downloading, installing or using the Application, you accept these Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter, "the Terms"). If you do not agree with any of them, you should not use the Application.

1. Description of the Service

MyShift & Payslip is a personal tool for managing rotating shifts and payroll simulation, designed for employees working under a five-shift rotation schedule. The Application provides, among other features:

2. Informational Nature and Limitation of Liability

Important: Payroll calculations generated by the Application are estimates for informational purposes only. They do not constitute an official document and do not replace a payroll issued by an employer or professional labor/tax advisory services.

The Developer does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or currency of the calculations with respect to applicable labor and tax legislation. The user is solely responsible for verifying any data or results with their employer, a labor advisor, or the relevant tax authority.

In no event shall the Developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application, including but not limited to: errors in payroll calculations, loss of data, financial decisions based on the Application's results, or service interruptions.

3. Service Model: Free and Premium

The Application offers two service tiers:

3.1 Free Version

Includes basic time tracking, rotating shift management and salary control features. It may include non-intrusive advertising (rewarded ads) as a prerequisite to access certain functions.

Unlocks advanced features such as salary analytics, PDF payroll generation, sick leave management, geolocation-based automatic clock-in, automations and ad removal. Premium access can be obtained through:

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Payment processing

All payments are processed exclusively through Google Play. The Developer does not store or have access to credit card details, bank accounts or payment methods of the user. Google Play's terms and conditions apply.

4.2 Automatic renewal

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, unless the user cancels at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

4.3 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Google Play subscriptions section or from within the Application (Settings > Premium Subscription > Manage subscription). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no pro-rata refunds are issued for the remaining period.

4.4 Refunds

Refund requests must be directed to Google Play in accordance with their refund policy. The Developer does not process refunds directly.

4.5 Purchase restoration

If you change devices or reinstall the Application, you can restore your previous purchases from Settings > Restore purchases. The subscription is linked to your Google account.

4.6 One-time payment (Lifetime)

The one-time payment plan grants indefinite Premium access. This access is subject to the continued availability of the Application and does not guarantee unlimited future updates.

5. User Data and Privacy

5.1 Local storage

All data entered by the user (shift configuration, salary items, clock-in records, etc.) is stored exclusively on the user's device. The Developer does not collect, store or have access to this personal data.

6. Intellectual Property

The Application, including its source code, design, interface, logo, icons and content, is the exclusive property of the Developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, modification, decompilation or reverse engineering of the Application without the express written authorization of the Developer is prohibited.

8. Availability and Modifications

The Developer reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Application (or any of its features) at any time and without prior notice. Uninterrupted service availability is not guaranteed.

The Developer may also update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the Application itself (What's New / Changelog section) and will take effect on the date of publication. Continued use of the Application after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Technical Requirements

The Application requires an Android device with a compatible version and an Internet connection for subscription activation and verification, ad loading and updates. The core functionality of the Application (shift management, payroll calculations) operates offline once configured.
